As a 2018 graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy 2200 hour program and 2016 graduate of the VIU Sport, Health and Physical Education program, Aimee has been thrilled to begin and develop her career as a Registered Massage Therapist at Pure Body Balance in her home town, Nanaimo. It has been important to her to have the opportunity to work hard to develop safe, patient-centred care for her community.
Aimee enjoys applying her knowledge and experience in order to help her patients maintain balance and function in their bodies to keep them enjoying and participating in their favorite activities, hobbies and their occupation. She takes pride in developing a treatment plan that is appropriate to individual needs.
Deleted: Health and wellness is believed by Aimee to be multi-factorial and can be achieved by treating the body as a whole and interconnected element through the use of modalities including General Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Release, Active and Passive Stretching, and Isolytic Release of soft tissues.
When Aimee is away from the clinic, you will find her spending time with her family and friends, enjoying the outdoors through walking or hiking, or with a cup of tea working on her latest knitting project.
